We are moms & we get it! After years in the corporate recruiting world, developing customized interview and screening processes, and placing top level talent in extremely competitive positions, we struggled through the current options available to help parents find quality nanny candidates on the home front, to help care for the tiny humans we cherish the most.

After years of not being satisfied with the nanny search options available to us, there was obviously a need for help to find reliable and trustworthy child care. We knew we could fill that void. So we took matters into our own hands and redirected our passion and expertise outside of the corporate world and into family's homes, and so began NannyLead, a nanny referral agency.

We are committed to bridging the gap for families looking for loving, caring and responsible nannies. Jackie is a mom to 2 adorable babes, and was born and raised in Southern California. She began her career in HR and recruiting, working for Fortune 500 companies all across Orange County, CA. Her years of experience, proven track record of success and drive quickly moved her up the corporate ladder to recruiting manager and HR executive roles. Jackie's corporate career track has positioned her perfectly and uniquely as NannyLead's director and co-founder, doing great things in our community while helping connect families and nannies. When she's not working hard recruiting only the best nannies to join our team, you'll find her chasing her girls around the beach and enjoying the ocean breeze with her family and friends.

Jacqueline is a mom to 2 little ones, with deep roots here in Southern California. Born and raised in Orange County, CA, she started her career in HR and business management, and quickly found her passion as an entrepreneur, founding and running several successful small businesses in the area. The invaluable hands on experience she has gained over the years as a female entrepreneur, along with the real life challenges she has faced as a working mom, has paved the way of success in her next chapter, co-founding NannyLead with her sister-in-law. When she's not working with families, in their nanny matching journey, you'll find her busy at home crafting or baking with her kiddos, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her family.
