What We Do

We don't believe in a one size fits most approach. We custom-tailor our search to meet the individual needs of your family. Our nanny service matching process includes taking a deep dive into your families preferences and expectations. With that knowledge, we begin our matching process. As we take all of those details into consideration, we ensure that the needs of your family align with our nanny's past experience and their goals with the next family they serve. We believe that this personalized approach paves the way for success, laying the groundwork for a realistic and satisfying family/nanny working relationship for years to come.

We're different and we know it! We don't believe in charging families any upfront fees for our services, nor does our agency mark up nanny wages. We also don't use a percentage based fee structure calculated from your nanny's annual average pay. That can really add up! We simply charge a flat rate nanny placement fee at the time of hire, and your nanny's wage is determined by you, based on your family's budget, and is agreed upon with the nanny candidate prior to hire. We built our agency for families, like ourselves, and that's why our approach is much more "affordable" than other agencies.

Our Nanny Candidate's #1 responsibility is caring for your children, while creating a positive and loving environment. But as part of our nanny placement service, we want to learn more about your family and your specific child care needs. From how many children and their ages, to the days and hours you need help. What other requirements do you have? Cooking/meal prep for the children, light house keeping, children's laundry, organizing toys, driving your child. All of the above? Our goal is to find you the best candidates to meet your family's needs and expectations. 

Our Nanny Candidates have a minimum of 3 years experience in childcare, and go through an extensive screening process, including a detailed agency interview process that includes reference checks with past families and other employers, and nationwide criminal background check, including sex offender check, motor vehicle check, and social security or permanent residency verification. For any candidates that are not already Trustline Certified, NannyLead will submit a Trustline application on the Nanny’s behalf, upon getting hired by the family, as required by law in the state of California.

We are extremely confident in our nanny candidates and our nanny placement services, but for peace of mind we have a 60 Day Replacement Policy for standard Full-time and Part-time placements. Although we strive to find the perfect fit between family and nanny during our matching process, if for any reason you or your selected Nanny decide not to continue employment within 60 days from Candidate's start date, we will make reasonable efforts for 30 days to provide additional referrals for a maximum of one replacement Candidate, at no extra charge.

Before you decide to move forward with hiring a nanny, families can do up to 5 consecutive trial days with a candidate. We encourage trial days whenever families have enough time to do so. We will work the trial directly with the candidate and you just pay the nanny candidate direct for their trial hours at the end of their shift. Our agency fee is $50 per day for trials, however, as long as you hire one of our candidates, our trial fees are applied directly to your placement fee, which means trial day fees will be NO COST to you.
