Candidate Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a passion for working with infants, children and families
- Minimum 3+ years childcare experience
- 3+ years Experience starts at 18 years of age or over
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Social Security card, Green card or Work Permit
- Excellent verifiable personal and work references (including from family's you have worked for in the past)
- You must be friendly, loving, caring, energetic, responsible and dependable
- Ability to make a 2+ year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
- Speak English / Bilingual a plus
- Non-smoker / Drug Free
- Willing to go through extensive background check
- Valid US Driver's License (if position requires driving)
- Proof of auto insurance (if position requires driving)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to show proof of immunizations
- Current CPR Certification (we offer FREE certification classes to candidates that are placed by our Agency)
- Trustline certified (if you are not yet Trustline Certified, we will submit an application on your behalf upon placement, per CA state law)
